WSB MIDNIGHT WALK:
Women only - 27th June 2008
Join women of all ages and fitness levels on our 10 mile walk around the Woking area starting at midnight! We will start and finish at West Byfleet station, and the Sponsored 10 mile walk will raise money for Woking and Sam Beare Hospices. So come on Girls get your friends and colleagues together for a night out with a difference.
Men are needed too! Any men that can help us marshall the course through the night would be most welcome and can register by calling 01483 881752.
Entry is £10 and every walker will receive a special Midnight Walk T-shirt, water bottle and refreshments.

THE ALDERSHOT ARMY SHOW:
5th and 6th July

This community event, taking place in the home of the British Army, has been organised in partnership by the Army and Rushmoor Borough Council. It features attractions and excitement for the whole family to enjoy.
The 2007 Show, took place on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July, and attracted over 60,000 visitors and included a grand display of British military vehicles and equipment, two exhilarating arena programmes, a funfair, activity zone, over 200 traders and exhibitors, extensive catering, Punch and Judy, reptile celebrities, ski slope, musical entertainment and fun for all the family. This will be all that and more!

 GUILFEST 2008:
Stoke Park 4th, 5th and 6th July
Not too big, not too small, Guilfest remains an independently run festival with a very friendly atmosphere, held in the beautiful surroundings of Stoke Park, Guildford over the weekend of the 4th, 5th and 6th July 2008. Visitors can expect a weekend of live musical entertainment coupled with comedy, children´s entertainment, street theatre, theatre tent, art/craft exhibitions, and caterers from around the world providing a variety of meals in a truly festive atmosphere.
Headliners include The Levellers, Blondie and The Australian Pink Floyd Show.
